As a non-skirt wearer, I have to admit that this design came from my brain as a bit of a surprise. I was daydreaming of ways I could use my new metal branded jeans buttons & it hit me - a wrap style skirt in a drill with side button fastenings.
I've taken the central circular part of Hollies original art piece and made it into its own separate print, this part reminds me of tiles paving the ground in a rambling European village in summer & that's exactly where I want to be wearing this skirt
Theres a hidden pocket in one side seam, and the buttons on the opposite side make way for a fun slightly angled split, but other than that this simple yet stunning gal is pretty low-key and easy.
This is a pre-order garment. All pieces are made locally in regional Victoria, and will be dispatched in the 1st week of June.
